I was skeptical at first. ย  Iโ€™ve been a CEO for years. Iโ€™ve handled my share of conflict. ย  But the moment I stepped into our conflict resolution simulationโ€ฆ I realized how much more there is to learn. ย  ๐Ÿšจ The AI trainers catch every hesitation, inconsistency, and tone shift. ๐Ÿšจ You can't bluff your way through it. ๐Ÿšจ The feedback? Brutally useful. ย  Hereโ€™s the truth no one tells you: Being a leader means managing more than goals, strategy, or numbers. Different triggers, insecurities, strengths. ย  This simulation helped me reflect on how I show up in moments of tension. When pressure is high. When words matter more than ever. It gave me something soft skill courses rarely give: A mirror. ย  So yes, I helped build this product. But I also benefited from it.
